Des Moines

Des Moines is the capital and the most populous city in Iowa with more than 200,000 current people living there. Founded in 1843, and was incorporated in September 22, 1851. Des Moines has been like the "mother" of many know bands founded there, like Slipknot, Tires, and TWINS.The city's name was originally called Fort Racoon but then changed.
